Do You Know…Jenny Lindon?

1. Advise agents on a case-by-case basis to determine what carrier would best fit the needs of their client
2. Research medical conditions and prescription drugs as a part of the pre-screen process
3. Process all individual health and Medicare Supplement applications
4. Provide timely status updates to agents on their pending business
5. Assist agents with service issues after policies are issued

Serving “Hope”

Several staff of the Gilston Agency had the privilege of preparing and serving dinner at the Hope Lodge last Thursday night. This is the second time our organization has participated in the “Dining with Hope” program. Unfortunately, cancer has impacted many of our lives in some fashion. This rang true for me personally as I knew two guests staying at Hope Lodge. I was touched to see how much a simple meal was appreciated and look forward to serving “hope” again soon. If you aren’t familiar with the Hope Lodge, here is some information about this amazing organization.

The helpful comments we received from our agent survey last fall indicated there was some confusion over the responsibilities of our staff. That’s certainly understandable since job duties change as staff titles change.

To clear up any confusion, we will highlight two staff members each month in a “Do You Know” article that will be included in Newsflash and the agent blog.
